About this policy
This policy describes the terms for Jewelr's monthly and quarterly jewellery CAD design subscriptions. A client with an active subscription is a "Member." A client who purchases a one-time design rather than a subscription is a "Non-Member" and is not covered by the subscription benefits in this policy.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree to these terms and the plan details shown at checkout. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how subscription cancellations and prorated refunds work.
Subscription plans and access
Jewelr offers monthly subscriptions for a 30-day term and quarterly subscriptions for a 90-day term. Your subscription price, term, payment method, and any renewal details are the ones displayed and confirmed when you place your order. Promotional prices or offers apply only as described at checkout.
A subscription provides access to ongoing CAD design jobwork during the paid term. It begins when your purchase is confirmed and remains active for the period stated in your order confirmation, subject to any cancellation or pause arrangement made with us. Subscription access is for the purchasing client and their business; it is not transferable or resalable without our written agreement.
What your subscription includes
- Unlimited design requests submitted during your active subscription
- One active design request being worked on at a time, with additional requests kept in a queue
- Unlimited revisions on each design until it meets your use case
- Design support coordinated with you and your business workflow
"Unlimited requests" means there is no fixed numerical limit on the requests you may submit while your subscription is active. It does not mean that multiple designs are produced simultaneously or that every queued design will be completed within the same subscription term. Work proceeds sequentially, and delivery depends on the number, scope, and complexity of requests and the information and feedback available.
Submitting requests and the queue
Once your subscription is active, we will discuss your design preferences and workflow so we can begin handling requests. Submit each request with the brief, references, dimensions, material or stone details, manufacturing requirements, and other information relevant to the design. We may ask for clarification before starting or continuing work.
You may add requests to your queue while another design is active. We work on one active request at a time and generally move to the next queued request after completing the active one. You can contact us to clarify or reprioritize queued work. A material change in scope may be treated as a new request, and unusually large or complex projects may require a separate quote, scope, or timeline agreed with you before that additional work begins.
Turnaround and revisions
Most standard design requests take around 48 hours (about two business days) on average. This is an estimate, not a delivery guarantee or a promise that every request will be completed within that time. More involved designs, incomplete briefs, client feedback, queue volume, and other project requirements can affect the schedule. We will communicate if a request is likely to need a longer or separately agreed timeline.
Each design includes unlimited revisions so you can request changes until the design meets your intended use. Please give clear, consolidated feedback where possible. Revisions are handled as part of the design workflow and do not create an additional numerical request limit. A request that changes the design direction or adds substantially new scope may be treated as a new request.
Fees, payment, and renewal
The fee and billing arrangement shown at checkout apply to your subscription. You authorize the applicable payment to be collected using the payment method selected at purchase. Any renewal frequency, renewal charge, or steps required to prevent renewal will be disclosed in the checkout or order confirmation for your plan.
If a payment cannot be completed, contact us to resolve it. We may pause work or access while a payment remains outstanding. We will not treat an unsuccessful payment as cancellation of your subscription; contact us if you want to cancel.
Pausing a subscription
You may ask to pause your subscription when you do not need active design support and resume when you are ready. To arrange a pause, contact us using the email below or speak with your designer. We will confirm the pause and its effective date with you.
Once paused, your plan does not expire, and you may resume the service at any time in the future. While paused, you may contact us to ask about or receive information on previous orders. However, discussing a new order or requesting a revision to a previous order counts as a working day of service and makes the pause ineffective for that day.
A pause is not the same as cancellation and does not by itself generate a refund. See the Cancellation & Refund Policy if you want to end your subscription and request a prorated refund.
Cancellation and refunds
Members may cancel at any time and request a prorated refund for unused subscription days. The refund is based on the unused portion of the current paid 30-day or 90-day term; it is not reduced based on how many designs you submitted or received. To cancel, email us or inform your designer during your active term.
We process subscription refunds manually on working days and generally aim to issue them within 48 to 72 hours after a cancellation request. Weekends and public holidays may delay processing, and your payment provider or bank may take additional time to post the funds. Full calculation details and the terms for one-time purchases are set out in our Cancellation & Refund Policy .
Communications and project tools
Depending on the needs and workflow agreed with each client, we use tools such as Linear for project management; Slack for design briefs, ongoing communication, and revisions; Notion for project history and overviews; WhatsApp for urgent or instant communication; Google Drive for file storage; and Google Meet for video calls with the client team.
These tools reflect the ways we work across our client relationships. They may already be in use with some clients, but that does not mean every tool is used for every client or that you are required to use all of them. We will agree with you on the tools and communication channels that suit your project.
Client responsibilities
To help us deliver work accurately and on schedule, you are responsible for providing complete and accurate briefs, references, specifications, and feedback, and for reviewing delivered designs for suitability to your requirements. You must have the right to share any images, drawings, or other materials you provide and authorize their use for the requested work.
Keep your account, contact, and billing details current, and let us know promptly if your requirements change. Delayed or missing information or feedback may affect the queue and delivery timing.
Fair use and service limits
The subscription is intended for genuine jewellery CAD design jobwork for your business. It does not include simultaneous production of multiple requests, work outside the agreed design scope, or services not presented as part of the plan. We will discuss any request that appears to fall outside the subscription scope and agree on any additional fee or timeline with you before beginning that work.
Changes to the service or these terms
We may update these terms or the subscription offering as our services change. We will publish the current policy on this page and update the date above. Changes apply prospectively and do not alter the paid term already confirmed for your current order, except where a change is required by law or agreed with you.
