They apply to subscription clients ("Members") and clients who purchase an individual design ("Non-Members"). Your order confirmation and the details shown at checkout apply to the particular plan or service you purchase.

Our services and orders

Jewelr provides jewellery CAD design services. The services included in a subscription, including request handling, revisions, and pauses, are described in the Subscription Policy. A one-time design is a separately agreed service for Non-Members. The scope, price, and any applicable timeline for a one-time design or additional work will be confirmed before that work begins.

A request or inquiry does not by itself mean that we have accepted an order. An order is accepted when we confirm it or when your purchase is confirmed at checkout. The price, plan term, and payment details shown at checkout or in the order confirmation apply to that purchase.

Your responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate contact and order information, and to pay the amounts confirmed for your purchase. For design work, provide complete briefs, specifications, references, and feedback, and review delivered designs for suitability to your requirements. Missing information, delayed feedback, or changes in scope may affect timing or require a separately agreed scope.

You must have the right to share any drawings, images, files, or other materials you provide, and authorize us to use them as needed to carry out your requested work. Do not use the website or services in a way that is unlawful, infringes another person's rights, or interferes with the website or our ability to provide services.

Fees, cancellations, and refunds

Fees and payment terms are those shown at checkout or agreed with you before work begins. Subscription cancellation and prorated refunds, as well as the terms for one-time design purchases, are described in our Cancellation & Refund Policy . Please review it before purchasing. Nothing in these Terms removes any rights or protections that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

Design materials and review

You are responsible for ensuring that your project brief and supplied materials may be used for the requested work. You are also responsible for reviewing each design and confirming that it meets your specifications and intended use before relying on it. If you need a particular deliverable, file format, or usage arrangement, agree on it with us before work begins.

Website content and third-party services

Website text, images, and portfolio materials are provided to describe and showcase Jewelr. Do not copy or reuse materials from this website without permission from the applicable rights holder. The website may link to third-party websites or tools; those services are operated by others and are subject to their own terms and policies.

Service availability and changes

We may update the website or change how a service is offered. We will not use a website update to change the paid term already confirmed for your current order, except where required by law or agreed with you. We cannot guarantee that the website will always be available without interruption.
